A california car with what i believe to be original mileage. Purchased by the current owner from long beach, ca back in 1997, this mgb has sat covered, sparingly driven, in a california driveway for the past 20 years. The exterior as mentioned above, is original harvest gold in color, and in very nice condition considering its age. The chrome trim set is complete, unmangled and has good shine to it. The fit and gap all around is excellent. The doors all open and shut very nicely and the glass is clear and not cracked. The seals are old and cracking and could definitely be replaced for better curb appeal, and the chrome bumpers could also benefit from being re-chromed. But let’s not overlook the bigger issue…those hideous over riders! Yes, they can be removed and replaced with smaller more attractive over riders from earlier b’s. The best part about the exterior of this car is that rust is not an issue. This car is complete and without rust as it is a true california car, and trust me that is worth its weight in…well, body panels. The interior is autumn leaf in color and original to the car. It has aged well with the exception of the drivers’ seat, and the carpeting could be in better shape too. However, it is very presentable and comfortable to sit in. The dash is in good condition and is sporting a new dash cap which looks great. The interior electrical is all working at the moment. The horn, wipers, brake lights, sidelights, reverse lights, headlights (high beam only) all work. There currently is no radio but surely one can be fitted. The key buzzer and interior light work very well. The trunk space is tidy and complete with a spare tire, tool roll, and jack. From cold this car starts up with the pull of the choke which works like it should. The engine sounds healthy without any unwanted noises, shows good oil pressure and it does not overheat. The speedo and tach both seem to read accurately. The steering is tight and responsive, and the gearbox feels really good, and easily and smoothly shifts in and out from gear to gear. The brakes feel slightly less responsive then i would like and i would suggest having them gone through at some point. The pedal is firm and it pulls up straight. This roadster has recently had its spark plugs, set points, upper and lower radiator hoses, fuel pump, and needle valves in the carburetors replaced. The valves have been adjusted, and the valve cover has been resealed with a new gasket. It has a new upgraded flasher unit, new side light bulbs, and a new license plate lens. Overall this mgb is an excellent driver with plenty of potential.

The 2 year frame off restoration was completed in september of 2015 the mga sports a great performing mgb 1800 3 main engine with a 3 syncro 4 speed transmission and 391 differential gear for highway cruising. The goal of the restoration was to blend racing and nostalgic themes, while adding or improving safety, serviceability and drive-ability features. In keeping with the sebring theme the radio is deleted; however the antenna is installed for future radio installation if desired. I like to describe this car as a new 1957 mga roadster.

This is a very nice 1954 mg tf, ready to drive or show. It was stored covered in a dry garage for some time after the owners passing. I bought it from his widow. It now has a clear tennessee title in my name and is licensed and properly insured. Since it was removed from storage the brakes have been replaced with all new moss motors hydraulic parts. The fuel system has been cleaned and rebuilt as needed. The flex lines replaced. A new battery and new firestone tires were fitted. The chrome is mostly show quality. The interior is red leather with black carpet and shows only minor use. Black stayfast top, side curtains, tonneau and half tonneau are included. King dick jack and moss lead hammer included.

Yd3-1359 is a nice twin cam thats ready to drive. This twin cam was completely restored by autovintagery several years ago then shipped to the u. It was eventually sold there then recently resold back to the us. All systems operate as they should, the engine runs great, cool with great oil pressure and the gearbox operates perfectly. There are a few paint chips and scratches from the life its lived since restoration. The weather gear is in good shape as well.

Selling my mgb. 4 speed manual w/overdrive. It's been dependable. Has new battery, new seats and panels, new visors, and some other misc. Small parts i was planning to upgrade that will be sold with the car. There a tonneau cover and another cover for when the top is down. They aren't in great shape. Definitely need some cleaning. The current soft top has a couple of tears by the side window. I have a new top that comes with the car. I used to keep it in a garage but no longer have a garage so i keep it covered. And i don't have time these days to play with it. The paint isn't great and there a some small rust areas but nothing rusted through. All surface stuff that could be fixed with a new paint job. The odometer shows under 20000, but i have no idea what the actual mileage is.
